National Identity Card for Ugandan citizens is a MUST. Any other Identity Card is only an addition.
Evidence of physical address and identity of prospective signatories to the account. This can be given by the local council 1 chairman or registered law or audit/accountant’s firms or domestic utility bill e.g. latest water or electricity bill.
Introducer/referee who must be a current account holder of good standing.
Photocopy of the passport of the prospective signatories to the account in case of foreign nationals with a valid work/resident permit into Uganda.
Company Form 18 or (9) duly certified by the Registrar of companies(notice of situation of registered office and the registered postal address or any other change therein)

Proof of residence of the proprietor using letter from Local Council (LC) 1 or domestic utility bill e.g. latest water or electricity bill.

Certified Certificate of registration by the respective bodies
Certified Constitution/by-laws of the organization.
Approval from appropriate authorities (like Church Dioceses, District Education Officer, Government Authorities, etc.)
Certified resolution to open the account by Managing Committee.
